Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our Shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll complete the order via WhatsApp, where our team will confirm availability, pricing, and arrange delivery or pickup.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. After placing your order, you'll receive an order code and a tracking link via WhatsApp. Open the link anytime to see your order's current status. You can also go to Track Order and enter your code.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order is still in "Pending" or "Confirmed" status, you can request changes or cancellation by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the order is in "Processing" or later, cancellation may not be possible.
Do prices on the website include VAT?
All prices displayed are estimated retail prices. Final pricing, including any applicable taxes, will be confirmed when our team responds on WhatsApp. Prices may vary based on current stock and market conditions.
Payment & Delivery
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, and in-store card payments (Visa/MasterCard). Payment details will be shared via WhatsApp when your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery within the Rikillagaskada area and surrounding regions. For long-distance deliveries, courier charges may apply. In-store pickup is always available at no extra cost. Delivery options will be discussed via WhatsApp.
Can I pay in installments / EMI?
Yes, we offer installment plans (EMI) on selected phones. Contact us on WhatsApp or visit our store to discuss EMI options, required documents, and eligible products.

Are all phones brand new and original?
Yes, all our phones are 100% genuine and brand new with manufacturer warranty. We are an authorized retailer and source directly from official distributors in Sri Lanka.
Do you offer phone repair services?
Yes, we offer professional repair services including screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, software fixes, and more. Visit our shop or contact us for a repair estimate.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes, we accept trade-ins for most smartphone brands. The trade-in value depends on the phone's condition, model, and current market value. Bring your phone to the shop or send details via WhatsApp for a quote.
I don't see the item I'm looking for. Can you get it?
Our website shows a selection of our inventory. We can source many other phones and accessories on request. Just message us on WhatsApp with what you need, and we'll check availability.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do your products come with?
All new phones come with the official manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year). Accessories carry their respective brand warranty. Repair services include a shop warranty. See our Warranty Info page for details.
Can I return a product?
Products can be returned within 7 days if they are unused and in original packaging. Certain conditions apply. Please read our Return Policy for full details.
