Returns, refunds, and exchange guidelines
Return Window
Products purchased from Prasanna Mobile may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. The return window applies to both in-store and online (WhatsApp) purchases.
The return period starts from the date you received the product (for delivered orders) or the date of in-store purchase.
Eligible for Return
- Product is unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included
- Product has a manufacturing defect discovered after purchase
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product does not match the description provided
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, activated, or show signs of use
- Products with physical damage (scratches, dents, cracks)
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories
- Screen protectors and phone cases (once applied/used)
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Services (repairs, installations) once completed
How to Return

Message us on WhatsApp or call with your order code and reason for return.
Get Approval
Our team will review your return request and confirm eligibility.
Bring to Store
Bring the product with original packaging, receipt, and all accessories to our shop.
Inspection
We'll inspect the product to verify its condition and return eligibility.
Refund or Exchange
Once approved, choose a full refund or exchange for another product.
Refund Information
- Cash purchases are refunded in cash at the store
- Bank transfer purchases are refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days
- Card payments are refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Exchanges
We offer one-time exchanges within the 7-day return window. You may exchange for the same product (different color/variant) or a different product. If the new product costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.
