1. Introduction
Welcome to Prasanna Mobile ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from our store located in Rikillagaskada, Sri Lanka.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing. However:
- Prices listed on the website are estimated and may change based on market conditions
- Final pricing is confirmed via WhatsApp before order completion
- All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from actual products
- Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice
3. Ordering Process
Orders placed through our website are processed as inquiries via WhatsApp. Placing an order does not guarantee availability or final pricing. An order is considered confirmed only after:
- Our team verifies product availability
- Final pricing is agreed upon via WhatsApp
- Payment method and delivery/pickup is confirmed
We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled, in which case you will be notified and no payment will be charged.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (in-store or on delivery)
- Bank transfer
- Credit/Debit card (in-store)
- Installment plans (EMI) on eligible products
Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon via WhatsApp for each order. Full payment is required before product handover unless an installment plan is arranged.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available within Rikillagaskada and surrounding areas. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to our Return Policy. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed based on the original payment method.
7. Warranty
All products carry the warranty as described on our Warranty Info page. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and our inspection process.
8. Repair Services
Repair services are provided on a best-effort basis. By submitting a device for repair:
- You confirm ownership or authorization to have the device repaired
- We will provide an estimated cost before proceeding
- We are not liable for data loss during repairs; please back up your data
- Uncollected devices after 30 days of repair completion may be disposed of
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the website
- Post or transmit harmful content through any communication channel
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prasanna Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
